"We were greeted by Carlisle, his professionalism and sincerity was evident in the process of helping us choose the most suitable piano. We ended up buying a piano that meets our budget and has a good sound and touch. After shopping five different stores in the GTA area, I think we are quite happy to have made the final purchase at Piano and Keyboard Centre."

"Wayne recently rebuilt my 1928 Steinway L grand piano, with remarkable results.Wayne offered a reasonable set of options of what was essential and what was optional, allowing me to make an informed choice.I then specified what I wanted the final result to feel and sound like, and Wayne delivered exactly what I had asked for. Despite the piano having new strings and new hammers, I did not need to ask for supplementary voicing or adjustments, which is very unusual.Wayne is reliable, conscientious and he listens. One couldn't hope for better."

Rob plays the piano very well, and it was interesting to hear that he was a teacher, performer, and composer as well. It's neat to hear about his recording on nature sounds, which he put up in a frame! Playing organ for the Toronto Maple Leafs is very cool too!

I'm glad Caren Liu was able to buy a Yamaha U3 for her daughter. Rob explained the piano features very well. I attach the picture from yesterday.

Have a merry Christmas and a happy new year with your loved ones!

Marijana Zovko, customer

We purchased a piano, Kawai K2, from Rob and have been very pleased with an overall experience. As we are first time buyers we only had a vague idea of what we need to be paying attention when selecting a piano. Rob was patient, professional and helpful throughout the process. He played a piano for us, and even brought some notes for our son to give it a try. Few days after our visit, Rob called us to see where we stand with our decision and made himself available to answer any additional questions for us. Once we decided on the piano that fit our needs and budget, Rob arranged for some additional work to be done on the piano. Piano was delivered on time. Rob again followed up with us after a week to see if we are still happy with the decision and if there are any outstanding questions. Everything felt like an easy, no pressure and smooth experience. Great store, wonderful sales person and one more happy customer!

First United Church, Truro, NS

Our church was looking for a larger piano for the sanctuary, and learned of a Yamaha C7 that was available for purchase through Pearl Piano.  Rob Sutherland was so helpful in the entire process, and the instrument was of a much greater quality than other comparable instruments we played that were in the same price range.  We knew we were getting a lovely piano at a great price.

The move from Ontario to Nova Scotia was arranged smoothly, and we are so very happy with our new instrument.  When there was an unfortunate incident with the piano during the move, Rob again was quick to reassure us that things would be made right, and he was true to his word, arranging the details of an insurance claim and making us feel secure that, although halfway across the country, we were in good hands!
